The head of the Ukrainian diplomatic service, Dmitry Kuleba, explained the appearance of the online character by saving time and resources.
„Using the image of a swarthy girl is a shameful flirtation with the racial theme”, the diplomat wrote on his Telegram channel. According to her, such measures represent “development of grants to promote liberal “tolerance”, an attempt to cover up the unpleasant picture of racist and neo-Nazi ideologies that permeate modern Ukraine.“
